New School

Hi there,
I would be extremely interested in your school. Has there been any further developments with this? When do you envisage it to be up and running? Lastly, would it be a school that caters for all ages (primary and secondary?)
Sounds absolutely brilliant. Please keep me informed!
There is so much forms filling etc involved in setting things up here. Much simpler in the UK. But we do intend to have it for all ages, and we intend to set up a pre school in which we teach basic phonics, so that kids are ready to learn to read when getting to the main school. If there is anyone out there who can help with finding out how to fill in forms etc. please do contact me.

Hi Dawn,
I have a 12 year old daughter who just recently attended her 3rd school, which she is unable to stay in attendance at as they do not have the facilities to assist her, so I am now left with home schooling her. I am currently in the process of finding her one on one tuition so as she may have the quality of life that I beleive all children deserve. My daughter still after years of the system failing to offer her any hopes has a great outlook about her future she is staying positive which has helped. But what kind of a future does our current education system offer to these children. I believe that they are gifted children who can offer our current society and education system new understandings if only someone would take the time to listen or show interest. I live in Sydney and am currently in the process of starting up with another lady who I recently met a Support Group for children and their parents. I would love any information that you can offer or assistance.
I would also love to open up a school in NSW for kids with dyslexia. So lets make a difference for these children. I hope you contact me as I would love to hear from you.

Hi
I understand why you want a new style school for your daughter. 98% of our schools are carbon copies. There is no real choice. You are doing a great job. Forcing kids to be in an abusive system is no help at all.
I want to form a Sydney/ NSW organisation to support families and advocate for real choice. Please contact me if you would like to be part of this venture.
