I am being contacted by desperate parents, wanting solution-conscious assessments, from all over Australia now. Many have flown from places quite distant from Perth, where I live.

In order to make my services more affordable and easier, I am now offering assessments via SKYPE.

I will be assessing, testing and observing your children or adults in the same way and showing you how to teach your child using my materials. I will also still spend a lot of time explaining why your child is struggling and how your child learns, thinks and perceives the world.

By analysing your kids strengths and weaknesses in these areas we are able to develop an individual learning program tailored to your child’s strengths.

To book this assessment, firstly pay for the assessment and then email me and book a time. (Please remember that time zones are different)

Before I do the Skpye assessment, I will need to see the following:

• Examples of your child’s or adult’s free, uncorrected writing.
• Examples of spelling tests
• The words s/he was given a spelling tests a few weeks ago.
• Examples of maths work, especially anything s/he is struggling with.
• Examples of anything your kid is specially good at.
• Sample drawings.
• Any report carried out by other professionals, including eye sight, hearing, Psych tests, speech therapy, school reports.
• A completed copy of my tick test.

These can be sent to me or scanned and emailed beforehand.

During the assessment, you will need:

• A reading book that is at the correct level for your kid. It must be one that s/he has not yet read.
• Lined and plain paper.
• Pen and pencil.
• A computer or laptop keyboard.
• The assessment pack, which will be sent to you.

The assessment will take about 2 hours.
