Reading and Spelling

Most pupils acquire the skills of reading and writing with comparative ease. The dyslexic child, because of his/her learning difficulties, will struggle to make progress when taught these skills by normal established methods.

Dyslexia Testing: :: Assessment Guarantee

Assessment Guarantee

Dawn does assessments for any learning problem. If your child is struggling in mainstream education then it is worth finding out why. You can either visit Dawn for this assessment or do it by Skype.

So far Dawn has always been able to identify the problem and has come up with solutions to help every kid she has assessed.
However she does accept that one day she may assess someone and not be able to help.

She therefore says that if she is not able to identify the problem and explain why the child is struggling then she will give you your money back. She always asks if you are happy with the assessment before concluding it. Sometimes the assessments have been over 3 hours long, to ensure that both parent an child is happy.

If you are not happy then you can get your money back but she will not write a report for your child.
Dawn will do her best to ensure that your child’s school accepts her report and will contact the school herself if need be. However she cannot guarantee that your child’s school will be fully co-operative.

She can also assess adults and children as young as 4 years old.
She has to now ask for payment up front because 2 parents who undertook assessments for their children have never paid her.
